Job Description:

The primary responsibilities would include:

  • Creating requisitions and receipts in Oracle to support business demand
  • Supporting procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, bidding support, and general procurement administration
  • Working closely with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers
  • Following procurement policies and procedures
  • Resolving supplier and internal customer inquiries
  • Monitoring order status and delivery requirements
  • Maintaining procurement documentation and records
  • Supporting reporting and other administrative supply chain activities as needed

Must-haves

Must Have Recent college graduate or candidate seeking their first professional role.

Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related education.

Invoice Resolution/Supplier communication/Maintaining procurement documentation and records in the system.

Strong attention to detail, data entry, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfortable working 100% onsite in Tulsa, 5 days/week.

Nice to Have Exposure to Oracle, Microsoft Office, or ERP systems is a plus.
