Is this really free for me?+
Yes — completely. We get paid by the hiring company when they hire someone we submitted. We split that referral fee 50/50 with you. You never pay us.
What if I'm currently employed?+
We treat every profile as confidential by default. Your resume is never shared with a hiring company without your explicit sign-off, role by role. Your current employer will never find out from us.
How do I actually get the money?+
When you accept an offer through BYOR, the hiring company pays us a referral fee after your start date (typically once you clear a 30-day mark). We send your 50% via direct deposit or wire within 7 days of receiving it.
What kind of roles do you have?+
Senior+ roles in engineering, product, design, AI/ML, and GTM at US companies — mostly Series A through D startups. Referral fees typically run $3,000–$15,000 depending on seniority and role.
Will you submit me to roles without asking?+
Only within the criteria you set. You can choose 'auto-submit anything that fits my filters' or 'ask me first every time' — and switch at any moment. Every submission is logged in your dashboard.
What if I get hired but it doesn't work out?+
Your share is yours to keep. We pay out after you've cleared the company's typical 30-day mark, so by then it's earned.
How does referring a friend work?+
Every account gets a unique referral link. Share it with a friend; if they sign up through your link and we successfully place them, you earn a slice of the referral fee — paid the same time we pay them.
