About the role
IMP WE are looking for true "high volume" recruiting professionals who have been in a fast-paced environment where ramp plans or even seasonal hiring was the focus. For example, someone worked for Macy's corporate where they were part of a recruiting team that had to hire 1000 retail professionals over a 3-month time frame. Industry does not matter, focus on the high volume/ramp plan environment. **** High volume is not managing 50 roles at 1 time or making 50 calls a day, that is being busy, NOT what they are looking for. ****Recruiter Note – A total of 8 remote High Volume Recruiter Openings with a start date of October 12th.
