Mechanic 3 - Weekend Days

• This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
• Standard Work Hours: Friday - Sunday 4am - 4pm
• Compensation- Hourly Rate: $35.84 - $38.68 plus a $3.25 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
• Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
• Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment

Shift / Schedule Weekend Days - Friday - Sunday - 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must Have:- 5+ years of maintenance/mechanical work experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to search for parts and manage work orders.
• Ability to perform welding in support of maintenance and repair activities.

Additional Information

• Shift / Schedule: Weekend Days - Friday – Sunday, 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Hourly Rate: $35.84 - $38.68 plus a $3.25 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2 to 4 years work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
