Job description for Civil Engineering and Site Planning services. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a couple years of experience and ready to take on more project responsibility.

Responsibilities Lead and support civil design projects from concept through construction Prepare and review grading, drainage, utility, and site development plans Perform engineering calculations and ensure compliance with local and state regulations Coordinate closely with in-house land surveyors and site planners Communicate with municipalities, clients, and internal teams

IMP Info from HM They are specifically seeking local candidates for this role. Candidates requiring relocation, or those on limited work authorization/temporary permits, will not be considered.

They are interested in Bachelor of Science or Engineering graduates who have internship experience or 1–2 years of experience as a Field Engineer, or candidates with experience in land development.

Please note that land surveyors are not a fit for this role. The company is willing to train and develop selected candidates and will support them in obtaining the necessary licensure to become Civil Engineers in accordance with state guidelines.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 3+ years of civil engineering experience Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
